Thea, Rebrand, Visual Identity and Website

A Brand Built on Confidence, Clarity and Care

This rebrand and visual identity project was designed to improve clarity, consistency and communication across a personal beauty brand.

Say hello to Thea, a personal brand shaped around expertise, confidence and a more considered way of working.

The project focused on repositioning the business to better reflect the level of skill behind it. Beyond treatments, the brand needed to communicate experience, professionalism and a clear sense of direction within a competitive and often inconsistent market.

The identity was developed to feel calm, confident and refined. Stripped back and structured, with a focus on clarity rather than excess, allowing the work itself to take centre stage.

The project also included a website designed to support this shift, giving the business a clear, credible digital presence and making it easier for clients to understand the services on offer.

The result is a brand that presents the business with confidence, aligns with its pricing and delivers a far more consistent and professional experience.

Cutting Through the Noise

Making the Brand Reflect the Level of Work Behind It

The challenge wasn’t ability, it was clarity in how that ability was coming across.

The work was strong and the thinking was there, but the brand wasn’t making that obvious. It needed to show up in a way that actually reflected the level of experience behind it, without over‑explaining or overcomplicating things.

The focus was on stripping things back and getting clear on what matters. Removing the noise, tightening the structure, and building something that feels confident without needing to shout about it.

Visually, that meant keeping things clean, calm and considered. Nothing decorative for the sake of it, just a system that’s easy to read, easy to use and works consistently across everything.

The result is a brand that feels aligned with the work behind it,  clear, grounded and straightforward to apply.

Project Roundup

A Brand That Actually Supports the Work It’s There to Do

This project was about bringing the brand into line with the level of expertise already in place.

The work was strong, but the way it showed up needed to be clearer, more consistent, and easier to use day to day, without adding noise or overcomplicating things.

The result is a structured, easy-to-use identity that works across everything, from social content to the website and client communication.

More importantly, it brings clarity. Decisions are simpler, things feel more consistent, and the brand now supports growth instead of getting in the way.

What They Said

How It Actually Feels To Use The Brand

“Mel just got it. She took everything I’d been trying to say and turned it into a brand that feels like me, professional, empowering, and totally aligned with the way I work. I finally feel proud to show it off.”— Fern Moss, Founder of Thea

If This Feels Familiar

Clarity Makes The Next Step Simpler

If your business has evolved but your brand hasn’t quite kept up, it’s very easy to go round in circles or second-guess what to do next.

Getting clear on where things stand and what actually makes sense from here, makes everything that follows a lot more straightforward.

A Brand Positioning Review is a simple way to do exactly that, without overcomplicating things.

Clear, Strategic Perspective

Answering the questions helps me understand where things stand and whether a review would be genuinely useful.

This Brand Positioning Review is offered from a brand and design perspective only. I review how your brand is positioned, communicated and expressed visually, not financial performance, legal matters or operational strategy.

Once I’ve received your request, I’ll send a confirmation email. After completing the review, we’ll arrange a call or video conversation to talk through the observations, implications and next steps, if appropriate.
