Lusso, Brand Identity

Designed To Feel As Considered As The Spaces It Sits In!

This luxury brand identity was designed to bring clarity and refinement to a high‑end bathroom business.

Lusso is a High-end bathroom brand built around precision, craftsmanship and high-end delivery.

The work itself was already operating at a high level, but the brand wasn’t fully reflecting that. The focus was on bringing everything into line, creating an identity that feels as considered and refined as the spaces Lusso designs.

The approach was calm and controlled. Drawing subtle influence from Italian design, the identity balances restraint with detail, allowing the work to lead without unnecessary decoration or noise.

The result is a brand that sits comfortably in a premium environment, clean, confident and aligned with the level of work behind it.

Elevating Perception Through Clarity

Making The Brand Reflect The Work Behind It

The challenge wasn’t capability, it was perception.

The work was already at the right level, but the way it showed up needed to be clearer and more consistent. The aim was to communicate quality without relying on typical “luxury” signals or overstatement.

The focus was on refining rather than adding. Stripping things back, tightening the structure and building a brand that feels confident without needing to compete for attention.

Visually, this meant a restrained palette, clean typography and subtle references to water and materiality. Nothing decorative for the sake of it,  just a system that feels calm, precise and easy to use.

The result is a brand that feels measured, considered and properly aligned with the level of craftsmanship behind it

Project Roundup

A Brand That Holds Its Place At A Higher Level

This was about bringing the brand into line with the level of work already being delivered.

The challenge was to create something that communicates confidence and quality without adding noise or overcomplicating things, something that feels right for a more design-aware, high-end audience.

The result is a structured, considered identity that works across every touchpoint, from printed materials through to client communication.

More importantly, it brings clarity. The brand now presents Lusso in a way that matches its standard of work, making positioning clearer, supporting pricing, and removing the need to second-guess how things should show up.

“I’ve always believed the work should speak for itself, but now the brand does too. It finally feels like Lusso looks the way it works, clean, professional, and built to last.”— Marco, Founder of Lusso

If This Feels Familiar

Getting Clear Makes Everything Simpler

If your work is already at a high level but your brand isn’t fully reflecting it, it’s easy to overthink things or second‑guess how you should be showing up.

Getting clear on where you are and what actually makes sense next, makes everything that follows feel more straightforward.

A Brand Positioning Review is a simple way to step back, see how everything fits together, and decide what direction to move in without overcomplicating it.

Clear, Strategic Perspective

Answering the questions helps me understand where things stand and whether a review would be genuinely useful.

This Brand Positioning Review is offered from a brand and design perspective only. I review how your brand is positioned, communicated and expressed visually, not financial performance, legal matters or operational strategy.

Once I’ve received your request, I’ll send a confirmation email. After completing the review, we’ll arrange a call or video conversation to talk through the observations, implications and next steps, if appropriate.
